SHIPPING INFO
All orders are shipped via USPS to the shipping address that was provided on the order. Please make sure shipping information is correct at checkout. All packages are shipped with a tracking number and insurance. If for some reason you have not received your package, we can work together to open a complaint with USPS.

Is the drinkware dishwasher safe?Unfortunately No. Due to the nature of the resin finish on drink ware, or our UV-DTF prints, it is not recommended or advised to place items in the dishwasher or microwave. All items should be hand-washed with mild soap and water. Please adhere to the care instructions that arrive with your order.

I never received my package, what should I do?All packages are shipped with a tracking number and insurance. If for some reason you have not received your package from the USPS, we recommend you open a case with the postal service utilizing your tracking number to check the status of shipping.

Do you offer any different brands or size product other than the options offered in the listing?Unfortunately No. At this time I only offer sizes that are listed on the site on the website. Perhaps in the near future we may sell what you are looking for so stay connected.

Can you design a tumbler I already have?Unfortunately No. Although we would love to utilize something that you treasure and customize it, Serenity Custom Crafts will not be liable for any damages that may be done to your tumbler if we are unable to utilize it. Due to liability and quality control, we will only use tumblers from our existing inventory.

Can I change my product design after I place my order?Unfortunately No. All Sales Are Final, Non Refundable and Non Transferrable.

Can I exchange or get a refund for my item that was shipped?Unfortunately No. Due to the customized nature of all products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer returns, refunds, cancellations or exchanges. All customized products are sent to the customer during the process and also once product has been completed prior to shipping.

What is the turn-around time for production?Some items may have a turn around time of one week. However, handmade custom products with epoxy resin take time to create and there is cure time needed for all resin items. Depending on the order of when your order was placed, the turn around time could take 2 - 3 weeks.

Can I get a sample image of how my personal product will look?Unfortunately No. There are no two items that are identical in stock, most orders are made as they come in. Considering this, there aren’t any samples of what your personal product will look like however we can show you something similar. Once your order has gone into production, you will receive a photo or video to show how the process is coming along. Once completed, you will receive one final photo prior to shipping. There may be an instant where there are duplicate products of someone's orders and images may be shared in that way.

How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title? (Demo)You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under ‘Info to Display.’
